Experience
Studio Syro
- Delivered four products for Meta, including the seven-episode Tales From Soda Island series, with 5 million+ views.
- Launched Spatial Mailbox on Meta Quest in May 2026. Built its backend, admin dashboard, and release process, and run support after launch.
- Produce and operate River Rush, a free-to-play multiplayer world on Meta Horizon Worlds, live since April 2026.
- Write and negotiate contracts and milestone invoices with Meta, track spend every week, and re-scope early when a milestone is at risk.
- Hire, contract, and manage a distributed international team and a vendor network of studios, engineers, composers, and sound designers.
- Hold performance budgets for standalone headsets, and built the Quill-to-engine pipeline and shader work the series shipped on.
Wevr
- Led delivery from first playable to public opening on 29 July 2025, next to the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Site Museum in Xi'an, China.
- Shipped a 40-minute, three-stage VR experience for up to 150 guests per session. An international launch is in preparation.
- Set the acceptance criteria and ran testing across 16 delivery zones, deciding what to fix and what to defer at every release gate.
- Managed two external 3D studios and other vendors to scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria across three time zones.
- Ran schedules, budgets, and change orders across art, engineering, narrative, and operations.
- Ran historical-accuracy reviews and approvals with HTC VIVE Arts and cultural stakeholders, and oversaw script, dialogue, and voice-over review passes.
